81. Mining laser: is it bugged, or deliberate - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
My deep core mining laser gains no bonus from my Astrogeology, Mining, or Osprey ship bonus. Is this deliberate? Can I expect the same lack of ship bonus on a Navitas or Imicus or Probe?

ECM is one option, but so is sensor linking skill in the form of sensor dampners. Halves you lock range each one used.

also the hardners add a % bonus to HP (if you block 20%, you could have effectively had 20% more HP and no damage reduction), whereas the plates add a fixed value adding 1 x 400mm Plates to a Punisher is better than trying yo add 60% to all damag...

You mean there may be a way to fly Amarr without being Caldari/Matari fodder? Yea! oh, and ECM does jack against missiles, because of FoFs as mentioned before.

Damaging in the kestrel... MUST fit a web. If they outrun your missiles, you can'y kill the targer at all, as i found vs. a pair of Vigils Consider rocket launchers, they do equal damage/second, buy if you fit any defender missiles you tripple yo...

?!?! Err.. the Interceptor shouldn't be killing the big ships. Its an anti-fighter frigate. It has amrour/shield and speed bonus over basic frigates to help them take out these targets, it wasn't intended to take on Cruisers+ solo.
